Ontologies in Layar

Ontologies in Layar can provide more context to your searches as well as highlight concepts specific to your needs. Ontology tagging can be used in conjunction with Layar's NER tagging features or on its own.

Uploading OBO and OWL ontologies to Layar is as simple as uploading any other document, and we highly recommend using these formats. CSV ontologies can also be uploaded, but require a few extra steps.
